Shipping	ELIGIBLE ITEMS: If an item is eligible for shipment to your country then it will clearly be listed as such under the Shipping and Handling section in the Ebay listing for that item. If your country is not listed there, then we do not offer shipment to your country for that item. SHIPPING AVAILABLE TO: If shipping is available to your country for your desired item, we will ship it to your Paypal-registered address only (you may not request shipping to an alternate address (unless that address is in the USA) by typing another shipping address into the Paypal payments notes field). Please verify your address is acceptable for USPS Priority Mail International shipments and include the full address along with your paypal payment SERVICE: We ship globally using Priority Mail International only. This airmail service usually takes 1-2 weeks. Please note there may be further delay for customs clearance (sometimes up to an additional 2 weeks depending on your country). SHIPPING SCHEDULE: We ship globally twice a week and will ship your item within 4 business days. TRACKING: Your USPS Customs ID tracking number is automatically sent the evening of your shipment. This email goes to your Paypal-registered email address and may get filtered as spam. Please note--tracking information will not update until it is scanned into the customs office in your country. Meaningful tracking information may not be available for up to 10 business days. INSURANCE: 100% insurance coverage is included. CUSTOMS: The recipient is responsible for all customs and fees associated with receiving global packages into their country. We will mark your package as “other” and list the contents of the package. We will mark the value of the package at half (50%) of your payment (purchase price plus shipping). MULTI-ITEM SHIPMENT DISCOUNT: $8 shipping discount applies to subsequent items that are shipping to the SAME ADDRESS and paid for in the SAME PAYMENT. To recieve the discount, wait (up to 7 days) to submit payment. Paypal will automatically group items for payment and subtract the correct amount.
Payment	METHOD: Paypal.com only. Paypal offers secure online payment service for immediate payment from credit card (echeck payments funded by bank account are not immediate) PROCEDURE: Initiate payment by clicking the Paypal Pay Now button from the closed Ebay listing or Ebay invoice email. Payments must be recieved within 7 days. FEEDBACK: Automatic positive feedback will be left for buyer upon completion of payment.
Returns	REFUND: Purchase price. RETURN PERIOD: Item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of your receiving it. PROCEDURE: Send email before returning an item. Item must be returned in same condition as received. Please allow up to 14 days for processing refund. RESTOCKING FEE: There is no restocking fee but we will discount any customs or fees we need to pay to receive your returned item from your refund amount. EXCHANGE: Sorry, no exchanging items. You must complete the transaction for the Ebay item you purchased.
