At Snow Deals Now we have always offered the same products and services to International buyers. Our ability to deliver quality goods globally at the most competitive prices is
confirmed by our excellent feedback from global buyers and from all our repeat customers from around the globe. We are confident you too will be satisfied with our products and services. We ship using USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. All duties, taxes, and fees are paid by the package recipient.

| Shipping | SERVICE: We offer both USPS Priority Mail International (5-15 business days) and USPS Express Mail International (3-6 business days). Please note--Our customers have mentioned that Express Mail service often takes a little longer than the 3-6 business days that USPS advertises. Also Express Mail service isn't allowed to Russia, Czech Republic, Khazakstan, and Ukraine. On rare occasions, USPS International shipments can experience delays in customs that can last up to 6 weeks.
PRICE: The delivery cost to your country for all eligible items is clearly stated in the Ebay listing and you will be charged this amount during checkout. Since we use a shipping calculator, you must be signed into your Ebay account for the exact shipping price to be shown.
TRACKING: Your USPS Delivery Confirmation number is automatically emailed the evening of your shipment. This email goes to your Ebay-registered email address and may get filtered as spam. Please note that your tracking info will not show any relevant info until your package is scanned into the customs office in your country which can take up to 10 days.
CUSTOMS: Duties and taxes and fees are billed to the recipient. Many packages will be delivered duty-free and for others the customs office may be too busy to follow up on collecting the bill. But most international buyers will incur a fee to receive their package into their country. Please check with your local governments or visit www.export.gov. We will declare the value of the package as the amount of your full payment (purchase price plus shipping). We will not declare a lesser value and we will not declare the package as a gift.
MULTI-ITEM SHIPMENT DISCOUNT: We do not offer a discount for purchasing multiple items and you will need to submit full payment for all items.
We do however offer an incentive to purchase multiple items by offering a free ski/snowboard related gift (retail value of $8 or more) for all eligible items in a shipment. If an item isn't already marked as 'shipped' within your My Ebay account and you purchase additional items, they would be eligible for this free gift. We process our orders in batches every 24-48 hrs and we will NOT hold your shipment to make it eligible for our "multiple-item-ship-discount gift".
SHIPPING AVAILABLE TO: If an item is eligible for shipment to your country then it will clearly be listed under the Shipping and Handling section in the Ebay listing for that item. We will ship your package to the Ebay-registered address you choose during checkout. You may register a new shipping address in your Ebay account and then choose that address during checkout. But we will not ship to an address specified in an email or in the 'message for seller' box.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE: We will process your shipment within 3 business days. We may mark your transaction status as 'shipped' in your My Ebay page a few days prior to shipment. Your shipment is confirmed when we send an email with the tracking number. Your tracking number may not show any relevant info until the package is scanned into your country which can take a week or longer.
INSURANCE: 100% insurance coverage is included.

| Payment | METHOD: Paypal.com only. Paypal offers secure online payment service for immediate payment from credit card and bank account.
PROCEDURE:
Immediate Paypal payment is required through the standard Ebay Checkout. Simply follow the prompts after clicking 'Buy it Now'.
FEEDBACK: Automatic positive feedback will be left for buyer upon completion of payment. |
| Returns | REFUND: Purchase price.
RETURN PERIOD: Item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of your receiving it.
PROCEDURE: Send email before returning an item.
Item must be returned in same condition as received. Please allow up to 14 days for processing refund.
RESTOCKING FEE: There is no restocking fee but we will discount any customs or fees we need to pay to receive your returned item from your refund amount.
EXCHANGE: Sorry, no exchanging items. You must complete the transaction for the Ebay item you purchased.
